MINIMALISM : LESS STRESS, LESS STUFF & MORE PURPOSE
Minimalism is a lifestyle and everybody want to ty their own comfortable ways. I am a person who love to buy lots of things for my personal use. I had a good collectionof pens and journals. And I am also crazy to buy things from offer sales. When I read books and blog posts related to Minimalism , I attracted to the concept and understand how it change one persons life.
The main thing of minimalism which I understand from books that everyone can make their own rule. We have to prioritize the things which are more important in life whether it is Physical possessions or digital . After practicing Minimalism you will get a clear mind and good focus.
My Minimalism Style
I count all my personal belongings and noted it in Google Sheet in category wise. When I Purchase anything, I will add it in the specified category and the same time I will remove the item When I throw it or donate.
Through this list, I will get the clear picture of the excess items. I kept a target of how many belongings I needed and currently I have more than my target. I donated some items , but couldn't achieve my target . So I reduce my purchasing and gave time to myself to achieve the target. Also I took a decision to buy only quality items than selecting cheaper items with poor quality.
In the modern era of life, everybody attracted to impulsive buying culture. So Minimalism have a good role in life to get discipline and control over the purchasing.
A Minimalist can easily focus on sustainability and eco environmentalism. Modern world requires people who are more in to nature. Hope you also inspired after reading this concept
