1) Multi-Tasking: Multi-tasking reduces productivity and I became mentally tired. Sometimes it creates an unwanted stress
2) Not drinking enough water: If I didn't have the proper amount of water, it will reduce concentration power to do things in a proper way.
3) Overthinking: Overthinking drains energy while taking any decisions. And mostly think about the negative side and it became a routine in everyday life. It makes me constantly question myself. It stops me to take any new risks or experiencing new things. Overthinking creates so many options, choices, and scenarios that end up unable to make a decision
