1) I brainstorm all my ideas, things to do and daily routines in my Todoist app and clear them daily to either complete the task or reschedule.
2) I love walking and try to achieve a minimum 6000 steps target before bed.
3) I love to listen to audio books or motivational content while commute.
4) Everyday I track my progress on my goals sheet.
5) Watch Cinema or favourite programs to make my mind relax.
6) Play with my daughter for sometime.
7) Eat one fruit / vegetable daily
8) Write a gratitude list.
9) Write one happy thing happened.
