It makes people valued and motivates them to do their best. It provides greater happiness. Showing gratitude to someone can also increase the dopamine in their brain, improving blood flow and helping their physical health and wellness. It can also boost the person's confidence and help them develop a meaningful bond with others. It helps to maintain positive relationships. Being appreciated is a way to feel that we're important to others; we make a difference in their lives.
Thanks to the extra ordinary people in my life who appreciate my efforts and they really touched my heart with their honest appreciations.
