Journal #110 : Goals are outdated, here's what to do instead

Instead of setting goals, we should set up systems. Systems help us stay on track and be consistent. It is common for goals to be too abstract and to be ignored or forgotten. Systems provide tangible results that we can measure and adjust as needed. A system can also help us identify areas for improvement and provide a roadmap to success. Building strong systems and processes should take precedence over setting goals. To make informed decisions and measure our progress, we need systems that provide clarity and focus. Systems are more resilient, allowing us to adapt to changes more quickly.
