Journal #7 : What do you value most in life?




1) Health: Maintain a healthy lifestyle is the best thing you can do for yourself. 

2) Gratitude: If we start appreciating small things in our life, it will change our life dramatically. It will enhance our self-esteem and positive emotions. 

3) Growth: Every day we have opportunities to learn something new. If we utilize them properly, we became successful. 

4) Empathy: To understand and share the feelings of another is an important quality that makes a person more valuable. 

5) Self-Respect: How we treat ourselves and how we allow others to treat us have an important role in our life.
