We always plan new year resolutions and after some days, we will lose the momentum to continue it . We may have several reasons for stop doing the tasks for the goals. Then we will wait for the new year to start it again. In 101 goals in 1001 days, we have around 2.75 years and you have the freedom to choose when you want to work on the particular goal. I am doing this challenge for the last 10 years and it helped me to be more consistent with my actions and implement lots of good habits in my life.
