I follow people on my Instagram in the following criteria
1) If they follow me and I know them personally.
2) If I know them personally, even they didn't follow me
3) If I like the content and don't care they follow me or not
I Unfollow people on my Instagram in the following criteria
1) I Keep a maximum of 1001 followers only. So if I have to follow some new people or content, I will unfollow unworthily content.
2) If somebody unfollows me ( tracked with an application )
3) If the content is irritating, not valuable, or not worthy
